Our marina and boat ramp are open year round for use by community members in good standing who have obtained the current fiscal year’s ABTB marina registration stickers. All motorized vessels regardless of size are required to be registered with the office.  You will be asked to sign that you received the Marina Rules and will abide by them, supply an up-to-date registration card and a valid copy of proof of liability coverage on the vessel.

Rental slip holders will receive their new contracts every year via U.S. Mail.  Please respond and pay for your slip no later then April 1st.  New members can expect to be on the waiting list for approximately 15 years before a slip becomes available.

The Common Marina is open to all property owners in good standing who sign a contract and register their vessel.  You can use these 44 slips when availability allows. It works under a first come/first served policy and can be used on a 14-days-in and 5-days-out basis that can be repeated throughout the summer months.
